Routine Check/End Of Tenancy Check
As electrical installations should not be left without any attention for periods of years, having a routine end of tenancy check insures safety is maintained throughout the property.
An End Of Tenancy Check is an electrical routine check that examines the state of the electrical installation throughout your property. This is done by currying out, visual and functional checks by one of our competent electricians.
Once the inspection is completed, you will be issued with an Visual Installation Report (V.I.R). This will then highlight any wear and tear and also unsafe situations on the electrical installation, warranting remedial action.
A Routine Checks/End Of Tenancy Checks are recommended:

Annually for long term tenancies that are fixed for 3-5 years, to make sure the properties electrical installation and accessories are well maintained and safe for continued use.

This is a customisable EICR - Electrical Installation Condition Report service for Commercial & Domestic.
This service is designed for you to select specific electrical circuits you would like inspected and tested if you are planning on carrying out any future works that evolves adding additions or altering the electrical installation. You can choose to have a single circuit inspected and tested or multiple circuits inspected and tested.

Third Party Electrical Certifications
All electrical work in England must comply with the Building Regulations. In addition, those items described as notifiable above are required by Law to have a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate.
It is strongly recommended that you employ an electrical contractor who is registered with one of the Government-approved Scheme Operators. This is the only way in which you can be sure of employing someone who has had their electrical competence verified and is authorised under the Regulations to arrange for you to be issued with the Building Regulations Compliance Certificate and a E.I.C - Electrical Installation Certificate.
If you are competent and planning on carrying out electrical work that is notifiable by law to building control and cannot self certify your work because you are not a registered electrician. Then we can provide you a professional (E.I.C). Electrical Installation Certificate and notify Building Control for your residential and commercial properties.
Our Third-party certification service allows us to certify notifiable electrical work in domestic and commercial properties, carried out by persons not registered with a self-certification scheme, or who do not wish to register their work with a Building Control Body (BCB).
