From loss of power and tripping consumer units to damaged wiring, burning smells, sparking accessories and other electrical faults, our experienced electricians provide rapid fault finding to identify the problem, make the installation safe and carry out the necessary remedial work.
With an experienced team and professional diagnostic equipment, we focus on finding the cause of the fault — not simply treating the symptoms — helping restore your electrical system safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

DILEMMA™ EMERGENCY PRICING
Domestic
Monday–Friday · 8am–6pm — £150/hour per electrician
Evenings · 6pm–midnight — £200/hour per electrician
Weekends & Bank Holidays — £200/hour per electrician
Overnight · midnight–8am — £250/hour per electrician
Minimum one-hour charge. Thereafter charged in 15-minute increments. Materials are additional.
Business & Commercial
Monday–Friday · 8am–6pm — £300/hour per electrician
Evenings · 6pm–midnight — £400/hour per electrician
Weekends & Bank Holidays — £400/hour per electrician
Overnight · midnight–8am — £500/hour per electrician
Minimum one-hour charge. Thereafter charged in 15-minute increments. Materials are additional.
Overnight rates apply between midnight and 8am, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
HOW IT WORKS
1-hour minimum charge — paid upfront
Additional time is charged in 15-minute increments
Any additional time must be paid for before work continues
Materials are charged separately
